1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

2. Returns for Exchange

We accept returns only for exchanges, with these conditions:

  • Request must be initiated within 3 days of product delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition with packaging and tags intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability; otherwise, choose an item of equal value.

3. Return Process

Contact us at pylonjewellery@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.Upon approval, we’ll share return instructions.Ship the item within 7 days of approval. Return shipping is at your expense.After inspection, we will process the exchange within 5 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items from sales or promotions
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will provide an appropriate resolution, including exchange or store credit.
