This Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Pylon Jewellery allows exchanges for products purchased from www.pylonjewellery.com. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order, as we do not offer returns or refunds, and exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.

Does Pylon Jewellery offer returns or refunds?

No. Pylon Jewellery does not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Are exchanges available?

Yes. Pylon Jewellery offers exchanges only, subject to the conditions mentioned in this Exchange Policy.

What is the exchange request window?

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Which items are eligible for exchange?

Exchange requests will be accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, all original tags are intact, and the item is returned in its original packaging.

What type of exchange is allowed?

Exchange is allowed only for the same product or the same product in a different size, subject to availability. Exchange for a different product, refund, or store credit is not permitted.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must share a clear unboxing video and report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without video proof or raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

How can I raise an exchange request?

You can raise an exchange request by visiting the “Return Request” section on the Pylon Jewellery website and selecting Exchange, or by emailing us at pylonjewellery@gmail.com with your Order ID, product name, and SKU.

Is exchange pickup free?

Yes. Doorstep pickup is provided free of charge for approved exchange requests.

What if exchange pickup fails?

Our courier partner will attempt pickup up to three times. If the pickup fails after the third attempt, the exchange request will be cancelled automatically.

Are all exchanges approved automatically?

No. All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and approval at our warehouse before processing.

Are there any important things I should know?

Pylon Jewellery is not responsible if the wrong product is handed over to the courier during pickup. For orders delivered in multiple packages, exchange requests must be raised separately for each package.
